You may request to exercise any such applicable right(s) to your personal information by:
- Emailing compliance@victory-es.com (and including “Privacy Request” in the subject line and providing your name, state of residence (or country if outside of the U.S.) and the type of privacy request you would like to make);
- Calling toll free 855-374-7650 (and providing your name, state of residence (or country if outside of the U.S.), phone number and the type of privacy request you would like to make); or
- Completing the Data Privacy Rights Form found by clicking the button below
Please be aware that such rights may not apply to each or all instances of Victory Equipment & Services, LLC’s (“Victory”, “we”, or “our”) collection, storage or use of personal information and may not apply to you depending upon your jurisdiction and applicable law. We reserve our right to deny any such request with or without a direct confirmation to you, as permitted by applicable law.
